1. Introduction
fetramp ("fetramp," "we," "us," "our") is a consumer financial technology application that enables users to store, swap, and spend digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and stablecoins, and to access fiat services, such as virtual cards.
By downloading or using the fetramp mobile application, website, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
To use fetramp, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Have the full power and authority to enter into this agreement.
Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable sanctions lists (e.g., OFAC, UN sanctions).
Reside in a jurisdiction where our services are legally permitted.
We may restrict or refuse access in certain jurisdictions.
3. Nature of Services
fetramp provides:
Non-custodial or custodial digital asset wallets (as applicable)
Crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto conversions
Stablecoin-funded virtual cards
Payment and spending tools
fetramp is not a bank, and funds held are not protected by deposit insurance. fetramp does not provide investment, tax, or financial advice. All transactions are executed automatically based on your instructions.
4. User Responsibilities
Account Creation:
You must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, email address, and phone number.
Identity Verification (KYC):
To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws, we require you to provide government-issued ID, proof of address, and a selfie. We reserve the right to reject any account that fails this verification.
Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. fetramp is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your device or password.
5. Fees and Payments
Service Fees:
You agree to pay the transaction fees for deposits and withdrawals as displayed on the confirmation screen before you complete a transaction.
Exchange Rates:
Exchange rates are volatile and may change between the time you view a quote and the time the transaction is finalised.
Taxes:
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes arising from your transactions.
6. Risks
Volatility:
The value of digital assets can fluctuate significantly. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of your funds' value.
Irreversibility:
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once you send crypto to a wallet address, we cannot retrieve it. You are responsible for ensuring wallet addresses are correct.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use fetramp for:
Money laundering or terrorist financing.
Buying or selling illegal goods or services.
Operating in jurisdictions where we are restricted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, fetramp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we suspect a violation of these Terms or are required to do so by law enforcement.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
